3d6 Gaming Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines how 3d6 Gaming ("we," "us," or "our") handles order processing, shipping, and delivery. Please read carefully before placing an order.

  1. Processing and Handling
    Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, but there may be delays during holidays or peak seasons. Handling: Orders are processed during our business hours, Monday through Friday, ET. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
  2. Shipping Costs and Methods
    We only offer Standard Shipping with USPS: $8 for all US domestic orders and $20 for Canadian orders. Estimated delivery time for domestic orders is 5-7 business days after processing, longer for Canadian orders.
  3. Shipping Destinations
    We currently ship to the USA and Canada.
    International Shipping: Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees that may apply to their order.
  4. Delivery and Tracking
    You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier delays.
  5. Returns and Exchanges
    There are no returns allowed for PDF purchases. Please see our Return and Exchange Policy for detailed information on returns, exchanges, and refunds. We typically require returns to be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  6. Lost or Damaged Packages
    If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at info@3d6-gaming.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
